PRESENTER INFORMATION

Presenters (= first authors) must be registered and have paid the Congress registration fees by 20 May 2025 to guarantee the inclusion of their abstract in the final program of the 4th UNICA SPORT SCIENCE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. Late registrations will lead to an exclusion of the abstract and an exclusion from the scientific programme.

Keynote presentation

Keynote presentations are presented by Invited Speakers in PowerPoint format (16:9). Each speaker has 40 minutes to give their presentation, leaving 5 minutes for a short introduction and discussion after each presentation. Invited presentations must be pre-uploaded by 20 June 2025 (23.59 CET) using the following link: https://forms.gle/9aRBnZqPsLtUP2W39  The use of your own laptop or USB is not permitted.

Oral presentation

Oral presentation format is PowerPoint (16:9). Oral presentation time is 7 minutes plus 3 minutes of discussion. Oral presentations must be pre-uploaded by 20 June 2025 (23.59 CET) using the following link:. https://forms.gle/9aRBnZqPsLtUP2W39 The use of your own laptop or USB is not permitted.

Conventional print poster (debated)

Size is A0 (height: 120 cm, width 90 cm). The poster format is portrait. The poster presentation time will be 3 minutes plus 2 minutes of discussion. Poster presentations do not require any PowerPoint presentations. All posters shall be put up in the morning of the presentation (20 June 2024) at the poster boards established and all posters have to be removed in the evening. Pre-upload is NOT required.

Investigation Awards

Authors who have requested to compete for the best research presented as Oral Communication or Poster (Junior and Senior) must display the appropriate logo on the slides and/or on the Poster, downloadable from the link below.
